Custom orders: allow 8-12 business days for design, before shipment.

Shipping Charges are a Flat $4.99. No matter what the order amount the shipping is only $4.99. USA Only. All orders will be shipped either USPS First Class, or Priority Mail, depending on the size of the order. Express Mail is Available if you are in need of your order in a hurry. please contact us for a Express Mail Shipping Quote.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

In-stock orders may be returned in the original condition within 7 days of purchase. Refund will be given once the product has been received back, less the original shipping cost. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility.

Refund's are Not permitted on custom orders, due to purchasing custom beads for your order. our #1 priority is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your custom order. We will send photo's of the product before shipment, to assure it is to your satisfaction.
